Customer Service Representative Wanted at Hemfint Group in Kristianstad

Hemfint Group, consisting of the successful e-commerce companies Hemfint, Outl1, and Trendrum, is now looking for an engaged customer service representative to join our team during the summer period from May to August. As part of BHG Group, a leading player in home decor and furniture, we offer an exciting work environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

As a customer service representative with us, you will play a central role in our operations. Your main tasks include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing customers with detailed information about our products, and handling orders and complaints with professionalism and care. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks and case management, which requires accuracy and efficiency.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Your service-oriented attitude and genuine desire to help customers are crucial for this role. We value your ability to handle different types of cases and solve problems creatively. Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important traits, as well as good computer skills.
