Do you want to work in a role where you are a key player in customer experience and service delivery? We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a global technology leader in electrification and automation in Malmö. Here, you will work in a technical and international environment where quality, structure, and collaboration are at the center.

In this role, you are an important link between customers, technology, suppliers, and internal functions. We are looking for someone who not only resolves individual cases but also has the ability to see the big picture, understand how processes are interconnected, and contribute to improving work methods over time.

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with after-sales service related to technical products and services. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, warranties, and product recalls, ensuring that each case is managed professionally, structured, and customer-focused.

You will closely collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and internal functions and help drive improvement work by collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Your main responsibilities

You will provide high-quality service to local and global customers, handle complaints, warranty issues, and product recalls, and work with service procurement and supplier follow-up.

The role also involves close collaboration with technical teams on technical issues and responsibility for documenting customer dialogues and contributing to continuous improvement work and business development.

We would like you to have

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in service, complaints, or warranty cases

  • High school education, post-secondary education is an advantage

  • Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

  • Good system skills and experience with Office 365 or similar systems

  • Experience from service or after-sales operations is an advantage
