About the role

As a mobile customer advisor, you will drive the company car to pre-booked meetings with people who want to sell their gold, usually at locations such as squares, ICA Maxi, or other well-visited areas. The car operates 7 days a week, making the position suitable for both those who want to work full-time and those who want to work extra. You represent the company and carry out the entire process with the customer: from valuation to purchase - simple, safe, and transparent. No previous experience with jewelry or gold is required; everything you need to know will be taught to you, and there is always someone you can call if you are unsure.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license (you need to be able to get to and from the work vehicle before each shift)
• Is social, service-oriented, and trustworthy
• Enjoys working independently but still has a team behind them
• Is responsible and detail-oriented
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus)
