ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking, on behalf of our client Picadeli, for a driven and committed Business Developer/Salesperson for the grocery retail sector in Malmö and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for your district and work closely with store customers to create and develop long-term collaborations. You will ensure that Picadeli's products and concepts are implemented optimally in stores, focusing on placement, food safety, and efficient operations.

You will work both strategically and operationally with sales development, budget follow-up, and marketing efforts. An important part of the role is also to approach new customers, where you drive the entire process from sales introduction to the concept being installed and functioning well in the store.

You will be part of the South/West team and work alongside experienced colleagues and a supportive regional manager.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop strong relationships with store customers in your district

• Ensure correct implementation of Picadeli's concept in stores

• Train and support store staff in work routines and technical solutions

• Follow up on budgets, drive campaigns, and marketing activities

• Present product range news and sales strategies

• Approach new customers and be responsible for the entire onboarding process

• Plan and document your work in Picadeli's sales support system

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, relationship-building, and enjoys an independent role. You have a genuine interest in both food and retail and are skilled at engaging and training others.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in sales, preferably within grocery retail

• Be accustomed to working towards budget and sales targets

• Have good structure and the ability to plan your work independently

• Enjoy combining strategic work with operational store work

• Be communicative, social, and solution-oriented

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Driving license B

• English is a plus

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, engagement, and collaboration skills.

OTHER

• Employment: Fixed-term employment, 6 months with the possibility of extension

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00

• Start: March 1 (earlier onboarding can occur)
