JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a medical secretary and are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team! We offer you as a medical secretary a varied and developing job in a good working climate.

The main part of your position will be located at the Heart Clinic, placement in other units within the area of operation may be relevant based on the needs of the organization.

In the role of medical secretary, you will work with telephone service, quality assurance, medical record writing, appointment booking, referral management, 1177, and visit and diagnosis registration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have an approved education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY or 400p YH or equivalent medical secretary training. You who apply have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and in medical terminology. Knowledge of the medical record system Melior and PASiS and previous work experience as a medical secretary is considered an advantage for the position.
