ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the company's Contract Analysts and support the team in administrative and contract-related matters. The role involves daily work with commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, with a practical and operational approach. In your role, you will collaborate with several functions within Sourcing & Supply, and you will participate in both ongoing work and projects.

You will be responsible for documenting, administering, and structuring various types of contracts, such as purchase agreements and NDAs. The work also includes reading, comparing, and drafting contract texts as well as compiling statistics and reports related to contracts.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop over time in areas such as contract management, compliance, and strategic work, and the role can be partially shaped based on your skills and interests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the business with contract-related administration and inquiries
• Compile reports, statistics, and overviews related to contracts
• Read, review, and formulate contract texts and compare against contract templates
• Document meeting notes and follow up on decisions and actions

• Relevant education in business law, business administration, paralegal, or equivalent
• Good organizational skills
• Interest in contracts, text, and regulations
• Interest in the defense industry
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used internally as well as externally.

It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have:

• Experience in contract compliance, IP (intellectual property), and business law

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's location.

This position requires approval in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection.
