About the position

As an Operations Support, you will work with contract registration and contract changes in the business system, handle customer inquiries, assist the operations manager and staff, staff the switchboard, and administer schedules and orders for our client. The position starts as a part-time job but will eventually transition to full-time. Initially, you should be able to work 2-3 shifts per week during daytime.

About you

We are looking for someone who has another occupation and has experience working in customer service, preferably with administrative tasks. You have good computer skills and are quick to learn new systems. You are resilient under stress and can work in a fast-paced environment. Independence and decision-making ability are important qualities, as well as accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks. You have a basic understanding of logistics and a strong service orientation.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with business systems and knowledge of contract registration and handling sales figures. Experience in logistics systems and managing delivery discrepancies is also a plus. A positive and driven personality, along with the ability to work in a team, will provide you with good opportunities for internal development and long-term growth in the role.
