We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant who wants to contribute to a national collaboration initiative aimed at strengthening the implementation of innovation in Swedish healthcare. The assignment involves supporting advocacy work aimed at formalizing the innovation mandate within healthcare and creating better conditions for innovation work through active policy development. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders at both regional and national levels, with a clear connection to previous lessons learned and recommendations in the field.

• Provide strategic advice related to policy development and structured advocacy work.
• Compile, analyze, and further develop an advocacy plan based on previous experiences and recommendations.
• Ensure that advocacy efforts are based on identified needs and challenges within regional and national innovation work in healthcare.
• Contribute to the development and quality assurance of clear and actionable policy recommendations.
• Support the development of a policy development and advocacy plan directed at relevant decision-makers.
• Facilitate and support ongoing dialogue and collaboration with decision-makers, authorities, regions, and other key stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct structured forums and meeting formats, for example, in connection with industry and community arenas.
• If necessary, plan and conduct workshops, roundtable discussions, and other dialogue activities.
• Support follow-up through analysis of results, effects, and lessons learned related to advocacy work.
• If necessary, contribute to materials for reporting to relevant national actors.

• Experience in policy development and strategic and structured dialogue with relevant decision-makers at national and regional levels.
• Deep experience and understanding of regional healthcare as well as the national level.
• Deep experience and knowledge of political advocacy work at both regional and national levels.

• Documented experience in leading complex policy processes with multiple stakeholders at national and regional levels.
• Established network within the healthcare sector (regional and national decision-making environments).
• Experience facilitating dialogues with political decision-makers, civil servants, and other key stakeholders.
• Experience in producing materials such as position papers, policy proposals, or equivalent results from successful advocacy work.
• High delivery precision and good reference history.
