Who are we?

Devoote AB is an IT consulting company specializing in software development and IT Management.

We are a fast-growing company with about 40 consultants and have an office in central Malmö. At the office, we work as a close-knit team where everyone contributes across boundaries.

Today, the internal team consists of our CEO and two recruiters. Since one of our recruiters is moving on, we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to join us on our growth journey. Our consultants are usually out on assignments, but we place great importance on maintaining close dialogue and a strong culture. Every month, we organize consultant events, lunches, and activities to strengthen team spirit.

What will you be working on?

The workdays are varied, but your main tasks will include:

• Searching and identifying candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms

• Booking and conducting interviews

• Matching consultants to assignments

• CV selection and phone screenings

• Price negotiations

• Employer branding and communication

There is also room for taking initiatives, driving projects, and developing ideas that strengthen our business.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with recruitment experience, preferably within IT and Tech, who is at the beginning of their career. You have a relevant education in HR, behavioral science, or another equivalent field.

In the role of recruiter, you need to be proactive, social, and good at collaborating. You thrive in an environment where priorities can shift quickly and where tasks can vary from hour to hour. Flexibility and adaptability are important parts of our everyday life.

We believe that you gain energy from meeting people and building relationships. You enjoy working towards clear results and are happy to contribute ideas that develop our business. Since you are the first contact for our candidates, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

It is important that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A large part of the work is conducted in English, which means you need to feel completely comfortable reading, writing, and speaking the language.

Miscellaneous

The position is full-time, and the start date is as soon as possible, considering any notice period.

Initially, you will work on-site at the office in Malmö. After that, there is an opportunity for remote work one day a week.

We have flexible hours when the business allows, between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning and 4:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon.

A pension plan of 4.5 percent is offered.
