About the position

Galaxen Bygg's vision is a sustainable working life in the construction sector. We contribute to health and competence in the construction sector by matching jobs, supporting introductions and rehabilitation, and providing training in work environment and health. We are now looking for another coordinator and school educator in Uddevalla. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop in both of our business areas: recruitment and rehabilitation as well as work environment and health.

The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and partners. You will build networks, hold information meetings, be responsible for various types of agreements, and follow up with individuals in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent out with clients and partners to support, inform, follow up, and educate – all with the aim of contributing to competence supply and a sustainable working life in the construction industry. Part of your working time will also be spent at high schools to inform about work environment, safety, and health in classes related to construction and plumbing.

About Galaxen Bygg

We operate in two areas:

• Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate the rehabilitation work for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help individuals find the right job and employers find the right skills within the construction sector. We create opportunities for adapted employment for individuals with disabilities who have a background in construction.
• Work Environment & Health: On behalf of the industry, we offer training and lectures on topics such as Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA) and Ergonomics. We also meet all students in the high school construction and plumbing programs every year to inform about work environment, safety, and health.

Location: Uddevalla

Type of position: Permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period, and the position has a salary range of 36,500 SEK – 39,000 SEK depending on experience.
