Female Personal Assistant for Awake Night - Hisings Backa

We are looking for someone who wants to be a calm and secure support during the night for a woman, 40+, in Hisings Backa.

The working hours are awake night, from 11:00 PM to 6:50 AM - about 15-17 shifts per month.

You will work closely with a woman who needs assistance in her daily life and in all aspects of daily living. The nights are largely about presence, responsibility, and being there when needed - sometimes actively, sometimes with a watchful calm.

For communication to work safely, it is important that you can speak, read, and write both Swedish and Persian (Farsi).

We believe you are a warm, patient, and reliable person. You feel comfortable working independently and take responsibility for your work. Experience in personal assistance or care is a plus, but the most important thing is that it feels right between you. Personal chemistry beats CV every time.

The position starts as a temporary employment with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed-term contract as long as the assignment continues, if we enjoy working together.

GIL has coordinated personal assistance since 1989. The cooperative has roots in the Independent Living movement, which is based on the principle that those with disabilities know best how they want to live their lives. Normally, the person entitled to assistance is the closest supervisor of the assistants, or a person with special knowledge about the individual is appointed.
