We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to a cheerful and active young man in his 20s. He enjoys being outdoors, engaging in activities, and leading an active life. During weekdays, he attends a daily activity program and brings his personal assistant with him. He lives in his own apartment in Trollhättan.

The client has a disability and requires assistance with all ADL and uses a wheelchair. As an assistant, you will support him in his daily life to create security, participation, and a meaningful existence.

Qualifications/requirements for the assistant:

We are now looking for an assistant who also enjoys being outdoors and staying active. Experience in personal assistance is a plus, but it is not a requirement; personal suitability is more important. A driver's license and swimming proficiency are required.

About the position:

We are seeking a personal assistant who can work approximately 80%. Shifts are scheduled between 07:00-18:15 and 18:00-07:15 with 4.5 hours of waiting time during the night. Some shorter shifts may also occur during the week.
