Material Planner for Test and Evaluation Air in Linköping
Are you service-oriented and have experience in material planning? We are now looking for a new employee for test and evaluation air in Linköping. With us, you will be a key player in keeping our flight systems available and safe. Your work here is a significant part of the validation and verification that newly developed material undergoes as a final step before delivery to the Swedish Armed Forces.
About the position
As a material planner, you will be part of our team and play a central role in keeping our flight systems airworthy, including target aircraft. You will work on planning and ordering both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as coordinating efforts for aircraft and material maintenance. In close collaboration with the maintenance workshop (Part-145), you will plan work orders, ensure access to spare parts and mission equipment, and ensure that inventory management runs smoothly and that stock maintenance is performed. You will closely monitor service bulletins (SB) and airworthiness directives (AD) to ensure we always meet established requirements and the highest safety standards. The role also involves being responsible for archiving work orders in technical records and keeping our tracking system CAMP updated and accurate. As a material planner, you will also be responsible for maintenance monitoring and ordering for ground support equipment (GSE) as well as purchasing spare parts and replacement units.
The position is located in Linköping.
About you
We are looking for someone who has completed their high school education. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have relevant and current experience working with maintenance and material planning and experience working with digital tools. We would like you to have current and relevant experience reading maintenance plans in both Swedish and English. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have current experience working in the military operational and maintenance system CAMP as well as experience working with civilian aircraft. You should have good knowledge of spare parts or logistics flows focusing on documentation and follow-up. It is advantageous to have completed training in the military operational and maintenance system Fenix.
The position requires you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of the Office package. A B driver's license is a requirement.
