ValueOne is looking for a Logistics Project Manager for the logistics industry for an interim consulting assignment. The position is based in Finspång and the assignment starts as soon as possible, with an estimated duration of 6 months. There is a possibility that the assignment may transition into a permanent position with the client depending on the project's development and needs.

About the role

As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating logistics projects with a focus on project planning, material flow management, and scheduling. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective project deliveries, follow-up on progress, and continuous development of logistics processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik.
• Conduct material flow analyses and ensure effective management of materials for all project interfaces.
• Follow up and report on project progress and update relevant stakeholders.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement through analysis of project data.
• Ensure that the project complies with applicable standards and regulations.
• Manage deviations and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Be responsible for resource planning and staffing during the various phases of the project.
• Drive collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure that project milestones are achieved.
• Communicate proactively and structured with involved teams and stakeholders.

Experience and competencies

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in planning, project management, or engineering with a technical focus, which is highly meritorious, as well as at least a couple of years of experience in project planning and logistics management, preferably with specific knowledge in SAP, Qlik Sense, and Primavera P6. Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as well as experience in data analysis and resource planning are desirable.

Personal qualities such as analytical ability, structure, and proactivity are highly valued, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
