About the position

As SQM/CVE at Saab, you will be responsible for a designated supplier base and be part of a supplier team within the relevant category.

The role has a clear focus on:

• Quality assurance of more complex deliveries
• Monitoring and development of supplier capabilities
• Ensuring that products and processes meet set requirements
• Long-term supplier development in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

You will work cross-functionally and have a central role in reducing risks, driving improvement work, and ensuring high quality throughout the supply chain.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in Supplier Quality, quality assurance, supplier development, or equivalent
• Experience working in manufacturing industry and complex technical environments
• Very good knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis)
• Experience conducting supplier audits
• Good ability to work systematically with risk assessment and improvement work
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
