We are now looking for a Junior Production Planner for an international industrial operation. Here you will step into a technically advanced environment where planning is not administration; it is the very prerequisite for delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a production planner, you work in the intersection of systems, production, and delivery. You are part of the planning function and contribute to ensuring that the flow works from order to finished product.

You work closely with production, purchasing, technology, and logistics, helping to create foresight in a business where the pace is high and the demands are clear.

You will among other things:

• Administer and follow up production orders in SAP • Monitor deliveries and prioritize based on needs • Provide planning support to production • Coordinate between different functions to ensure an efficient flow • Contribute to improvement work within planning processes

It is a role where you get to take responsibility early – but also grow into the task alongside experienced colleagues.

ABOUT YOU

You are at the beginning of your career in production, planning, or logistics and want to develop in a larger industrial operation where you can work closely with the core business.

We believe that you:

• Have at least one year of experience in production planning or post-secondary education in logistics or planning • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English • Have the opportunity to work on-site in Finspång • Preferably have experience with SAP or other business systems

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating across different functions. You are not afraid to ask questions, take responsibility for your area, and want to understand the whole picture, not just your own task.
