About the assignment
As a production engineer, you will work closely with production and become an important part of a management team together with production managers, team leaders, quality engineers, and production controllers. Together, you will drive improvement and development work to achieve production goals.
The work includes, among other things:
Development and optimization of production methods
Efficiency work and technical problem-solving
Participation in projects and improvement initiatives
Preparation of guidelines, target hours, and lead times
You will operate in a stimulating and technically advanced environment where collaboration, structure, and initiative are crucial for success.
Your profile
Experience in production or production engineering work, preferably from hull or assembly
Experience with business systems such as IFS ERP or equivalent
Vocational education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Solution-oriented and structured
Independent but enjoys working in a team
Driven, engaged, and proactive
