Do you want to work in a technically advanced role with significant international collaboration, where you can be a key player in ensuring the operation of complex machines? We are now looking for a technically interested Application Engineer.

As an Application Engineer, you will work with the service of the machines manufactured by the company, where your work is based on service agreements and the maintenance plan for the machine. You will become the technical key person in the project team responsible for the inspections of the machines and will be the first technical contact with the customer, ensuring that the technical parts of the maintenance plan are followed. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, becoming the technical representative both internally and externally. 

In your role as an Application Engineer, you will among other things:

• Plan and follow the maintenance plan for each machine 
• Identify and plan technical measures for larger and smaller inspections (3–28 days)
• Be technically responsible in the project team, from planning (12–24 months in advance) to execution
• Ensure that machines operate safely and efficiently 
• Coordinate technical issues and define technical support based on contracts and customer needs
• Update technical product data in SAP and other IT systems
• Collaborate closely with our regional offices and various specialist roles

• Has a technical education and a strong technical interest where you enjoy immersing yourself in new areas.
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical and/or control systems from education or work
• Has good planning skills and can handle complex processes 
• Is curious and humble 
• Has good IT skills and is used to handling various systems

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client and our side is that after 6-12 months you will be directly employed by the client.
