About the role

As a Supply Quality Manager, you are a key person in our assignments responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased items, materials, and subsystems according to the customer's strategies and quality requirements. You work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet high standards and drive improvement work and solve quality-related issues.

The assignments often involve:

• Issue management and root cause analysis

• Process audits at suppliers

• Risk analyses and monitoring of supplier performance

• Quality requirements in requests for quotes and purchase orders

• Complaint management and corrective actions

• Collaboration with both suppliers and internal quality functions

As a consultant, you are employed by Nexer and have your home office with us in Linköping, where the door is always open for you – regardless of where your assignment is located.

Who we are looking for

We believe you are an analytical, structured, and proactive person who enjoys working independently as well as in teams. You have good collaboration skills, are communicative, and are driven by the desire to constantly improve both processes and relationships.

We would like you to have:

• A college or university degree in a relevant field or extensive experience in quality work

• Experience in quality assurance, preferably from the supplier side

• Six Sigma, at least Green Belt. Yellow and Black Belt are a bonus!

• Knowledge of other quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, RCA, or MSA

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Swedish citizenship is a requirement for security-classified assignments

Meritorious:

• Documented experience in process audits

• Experience in electronics production, preferably within process technology/control

• Knowledge of IFS or similar business systems
