The 3D printing workshop (Additive Manufacturing) is in an expansive phase with several components in series production and increasing volumes. At the same time, the implementation of a new SAP system is underway. To strengthen the planning and logistics function, we are now looking for a junior production planner who wants to develop in a technically advanced and dynamic production environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to work closely with production, planning, and business systems in a high-tech operation.

About the role

As a junior production planner, you will be an important part of the operational flow between planning and production. You will primarily work in SAP and ensure that production orders are handled correctly, followed up, and delivered as needed. The role involves close collaboration with production, purchasing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage production orders in SAP
• Follow up and monitor deliveries related to production needs
• Ensure correct planning data in the business system
• Provide operational support to production in planning-related issues
• Participate in improvement work related to planning and flows
• Support the implementation and adaptation to the new SAP system
• Other tasks related to planning and logistics

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in logistics, production, industrial economics, or equivalent
• Is structured, meticulous, and has good administrative skills
• Has an interest in production flows and planning processes
• Thrives in an operational role with many contact points
• Has good system familiarity – experience with SAP is an advantage
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
