We are looking for a Supplier Performance Manager whose main task is to ensure good quality and delivery performance from suppliers to Gripen and T-7, through close collaboration with international suppliers and cross-functional teams within Saab. Internally, you will collaborate with strategic and operational purchasers to support strategies and goals regarding quality, delivery, and business relationships for the suppliers you are responsible for. You will also work with our engineers and quality representatives to ensure a good understanding of the complexity of items and components. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are a team player with strong collaboration and communication skills. Your passion for technology, quality, and production processes drives you to constantly seek improvements. You have the ability to build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers, create engagement and transparency, and be encouraging, challenging, and persistent in your support for their process development. You are analytical and can identify underlying issues by analyzing deviations and statistics.
You thrive in an international context and are comfortable in both production environments and management contexts. Traveling to suppliers in different countries is a natural part of the job, and the ability to travel is a prerequisite.

- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driver's license
Merits for the Position:
- Engineering degree or other technical education
