Your Responsibilities

The role involves providing technical support within product development in several electrical engineering areas and driving the work throughout the development process – from idea and design to production. You will develop and improve products in collaboration with internal and external parties, ensure delivery according to set goals for time, cost, and quality, be responsible for technical presentations and documentation, and contribute to maintaining and improving processes, quality, and safety.

Main Responsibilities

• Technical support in product development projects within medium voltage, low voltage, control equipment, and electrical installation • Work throughout the development process – from concept and design to prototype, analysis, and production support • Develop new solutions and update existing products in collaboration with other departments and suppliers • Work towards set goals for cost, time, and quality • Present at technical reviews and produce documentation • Ensure that work follows applicable processes for quality and safety • Contribute to improvements in processes, equipment, and skills development

Your Profile

• Strong background in electrical design/electrical engineering. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and be proactive. • Ability to follow instructions and adjust priorities to meet project milestones. • Good knowledge of planning and managing technical projects. • Professional and self-motivated team player. • Courage to challenge assumptions and contribute creative and innovative ideas. • Good familiarity with standard software such as Teamcenter and Microsoft Office. • Experience with engineering tools such as Comos, EPLAN, or NX is a plus. • Experience in one or more of the following technical areas: medium voltage, low voltage, control equipment, or electrical installation.
