Scanfil is experiencing positive growth and we now need to strengthen our Design Department with a project manager.

Project Manager at Scanfil – take ideas from concept to reality!

Do you want to lead technical projects where innovation, customer focus, and real impact are at the center? At Scanfil, you will have the opportunity to follow the entire product journey – from the customer's idea to the finished product in series production.

About the role:

As a Project Manager with us, you are the hub of the product development work. You lead projects in product development, module development, and industrialization (NPI) – and ensure that ideas become reality. The assignments span the entire development chain, and you often work closely with both customers and internal experts in electronics, mechanics, testing, and production. You drive the work forward, help the customer structure their needs and requirements – and ensure that deliveries are made on time, with the right quality and cost.

Your profile:

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• A technical background – preferably from product development or production and design for manufacturing.

• Good communication skills in English and Swedish.

• The ability to handle unclear conditions and turn them into action plans.

• A business-oriented mindset – you see opportunities for upselling and can conduct professional customer dialogues.

Experience in the following is advantageous:

• Mechanical or electronic design.

• Production experience or insight into manufacturability.

As a person, you are:

Driven, curious, and goal-oriented. Open, flexible, and solution-oriented. We are looking for a team player with good collaboration skills who is business-minded and confident in customer dialogues. A person who has the ability to see the big picture – from design to production.
