As a computational engineer, you will work with technically advanced and challenging questions related to strength, lifespan, and performance of structures and components. A central part of the job is to build and evaluate finite element models to analyze static capacity, stiffness, stability, and fatigue. Through qualified FEM analyses, you will help ensure that products and systems meet high standards for safety, quality, and functionality. In the role, you will:
- Work with advanced strength and lifespan analyses of critical components
- Collaborate closely with designers and other engineering disciplines to gather data and interpret results
- Translate complex calculations into practically feasible solutions
- Use tools such as Abaqus, HyperWorks, and Ansys, and contribute to automation with Python/MATLAB
- Present results through technical reports and dialogue with internal and external stakeholders

You are structured, responsible, and enjoy working in teams where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. Requirements for the position:
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or equivalent with a focus on strength/structural analysis
- Good understanding of structural analyses and calculation principles
- Experience with FEM methodology and simulation
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
