About the position

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven school administrator who wants to be a central part of our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the principal, educators, and guardians, ensuring that the administrative day-to-day operations run smoothly and professionally.

The position is 50%.

Your responsibilities

As a school administrator with us, you will work with:

• Student administration, grade management, and scheduling
• Substitute procurement and personnel administration
• Budget and financial support
• Communication with staff, guardians, and the municipality
• Management of the school's administrative systems
• General service and problem-solving in daily operations

You are the one who keeps many of the organization's flows together and contributes to creating structure, security, and quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in school administration
• Good knowledge of relevant systems, such as Infomentor, Hogia, Wisma/Spiris, Hailey, Teams, and other parts of Office 365
• Experience with financial systems and budget work
• The ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

About us

Mullebo Preschool and I Ur och Skur Mårtensberg School is a smaller preschool and F–3 school where experiential learning is at the center. Through outdoor pedagogy, interdisciplinary approaches, and conscious leadership, children explore play, outdoor life, adventure, and various forms of expression.

We offer a coherent educational path from preschool to grade 3, where children's curiosity, development, and well-being are always in focus.

• The preschool started in 1987 as Sweden's second I Ur och Skur preschool
• The school opened in 2000 and currently has 94 students
• We have 7 certified teachers (including special education teachers and leisure teachers) and 4 leisure pedagogues
• A present principal leads both the preschool and the school
