About the Position

We are now looking for new stars for a role that combines customer service with upselling. In this role, you will learn to receive incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with their inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. You will handle questions regarding the company's various services and ensure that all situations are resolved in the best possible way. In addition to service, you will also work with upselling. You will also have the opportunity to develop in your career within service as we can offer great development opportunities such as becoming a coach, team leader, or trainer in the future.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers via phone
• Basic support cases
• Provide quality service based on customer needs
• Identify customer needs and offer upselling
• Follow up and manage customer service cases

Your Experience:

• Completed high school studies
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
• Good writing skills
• Previous experience in service
• Previous experience in upselling is an advantage

About the Company

You will be working in Solna. We offer:

• 30,000 SEK in target salary
