We are looking for a relationship-oriented and business-driven Business Developer Relationship Manager for our client who can build and develop long-term customer relationships and create new business opportunities for their operations. The role involves both strategic work with the customer portfolio and operational responsibility for driving collaborations forward together with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new potential collaborations

  • Develop business strategies and customer plans to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention

  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations, as well as establish offers and agreements

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer promises are delivered

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new business opportunities

  • Monitor key performance indicators and create reports, as well as propose and lead improvement initiatives

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking to strengthen the brand and generate leads

Qualifications and experience
  • Experience in relationship and business development, preferably from B2B sales or account management

  • Proven ability to drive business from prospect to closure and follow-up

  • Good understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and business models

  • Experience working cross-functionally and leading projects without formal personnel responsibility

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience
