Your new role

We are now looking for a Program Administrator for a comprehensive and socially important program within public transport. In this role, you will be a central part of the program organization and serve as an administrative hub with many points of contact. You will support project and program leaders as well as the team in daily operations and contribute to structure, quality, and efficiency in delivery.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Administrative support to project and program management

  • Document and case management in established systems

  • Meeting administration such as invitations, agendas, and minutes

  • Invoice management and follow-up in financial systems

  • Administration regarding consultants and suppliers

  • Office responsibility and practical coordination at the project office

  • On- and offboarding of project members

This role is suitable for you who thrive in a coordinating function, have good structure, and enjoy working on several parallel tasks in a professional project environment.

To be successful in this role, you need

  • Several years of experience as a program or project administrator

  • Good experience in document management, meeting administration, and working in the Office suite

  • Experience in invoice management and working in financial systems
