Inera is a digitalization company that contributes to the development of welfare. We are Sweden's digital gateway to health, care, and social services, and we develop digital infrastructure for integrated welfare. We work on behalf of municipalities and regions. Our vision is the world's most innovative and caring welfare.
To maintain high quality in health, care, and social services, welfare must evolve with unchanged or reduced resources. Through digitalization – changing structures, behaviors, and work methods with the support of digital technology – many of welfare's challenges can be addressed. This makes Inera's mission more important than ever.
Do you want to help create a national service that makes a difference for students, guardians, and all municipalities and admissions offices in the country? At Inera, you have the chance to contribute to a modern digital solution for high school admissions. High school admissions is a complex operation, and many admissions offices currently lack adequate digital support. Now you have the opportunity to help establish and manage a national solution that:
· Creates security and stability throughout the process
· Streamlines collaboration between admissions offices
· Enables secure data sharing between municipalities
· Reduces costs and workload for staff
· Provides better decision-making support and statistics
· Makes the application process smoother and more transparent for students and guardians
About the role In the role of service specialist, you will work closely with both customers and users, responsible for understanding the customer's operations and translating them into clear and value-creating requirements for further development of the service. You will act as a bridge between the customer's operations and the technical management. In this role, you will be responsible for needs and requirements analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. You are part of an agile team consisting of service managers, product owners, systems specialists, UX and testing, as well as an application development team with various competencies. Your tasks also include testing, updating user manuals, and disseminating information.
You are an expert on how the service you work with functions and support our customers with inquiries. This means that you also contribute to the connection and implementation of the service, assist existing customers with questions, and actively work on cases within second-line support. You represent the service in various forums, such as customer forums and reference groups, and help shape the service's long-term development and strategy together with the service team.
Is this you? You have a relevant university degree, for example in computer science, or equivalent work experience. You have experience working with agile service or product management, focusing on needs and requirements analysis. Experience from working in admissions operations is an advantage.
Duration and start date The position is a permanent full-time employment. Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
