We are looking for an experienced business architect for an assignment in identity and access management, focusing on the European digital identity wallet. You will be a central part in developing the business architecture for critical digital solutions where collaboration between business and IT is crucial.

The assignment involves close cooperation with several stakeholders and requires you to drive and anchor architectural choices, as well as communicate solutions clearly to both technical and business-oriented target groups.

• Lead the work of developing the business architecture in close collaboration with business and IT.
• Coordinate efforts among different stakeholders and ensure that solutions meet strategic goals and business needs.
• Document and convey architectural solutions in a way that works for both developers and the business.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• At least 5 years of experience as an architect or in a similar role, including experience in solution architecture.
• Experience in developing and managing mission-critical digital solutions.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from both business and IT, such as system development and IT infrastructure.
• Experience working in tax-funded operations in the role of architect.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development with agile methodology.
• At least 1 year of experience documenting and conveying solutions for both developers and the business.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• At least 1 year of experience in agile development projects with at least 5 teams in the project.
• More than 1 year of experience working with issues related to EU-driven initiatives.
• Extensive experience documenting and conveying solutions for both developers and the business.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing common management solutions and coordinating efforts among different actors.
