About the Assignment

We are looking for an Administrator/Project Coordinator with strong communication skills and experience in administrative work at the intersection of technology and business. The assignment involves working closely with implementation projects focused on Microsoft 365 and serving as an important support in both administrative, coordinating, and communicative aspects of the projects.

The role is suitable for you who are structured, service-oriented, and self-driven, with a genuine technical interest and the ability to translate technical solutions into pedagogical and target group-adapted content.

Responsibilities

The assignment is varied and includes, among other things:

• Developing, updating, and managing guides, instructions, and training materials
• Working with texts and content in e-learning tools
• Contributing content to intranet and external web in connection with communication efforts
• Supporting implementation projects with general project administration
• Meeting planning, meeting notes, and follow-up of activities
• Planning and conducting seminars, open houses, and information efforts
• Follow-up of pilots
• Monitoring the functional mailbox and sending out information and project-related emails
