We are looking for a senior AI consultant who wants to support a larger organization in creating a cohesive approach to generative AI, with a particular focus on AI agents and AI assistants. The assignment involves developing clear governance, principles, and decision support that makes it easier to prioritize use cases, choose the right technical direction, and enable safe and scalable development.

The environment is regulated and places high demands on information security, compliance, and sustainability. You will work closely with both the business and IT to reduce the risk of fragmented solutions and create conditions for self-service AI where appropriate.

• Evaluate and further develop the existing framework/model for decision-making regarding AI agents and AI assistants, with recommendations for simplification, clarification, and implementation.
• Refine a business case and prioritization model for AI initiatives, including assessment of benefits, risks, complexity, and feasibility.
• Develop guidelines for the selection of technical platforms and solution alternatives, comparing strengths/weaknesses, recommended use cases, costs, scalability, management, sustainability, self-service, and risk and compliance perspectives.
• Define recommendations for AI self-service, including responsibility distribution, allowed tools, resource and management needs, and governance for risk minimization.
• Support the evaluation of existing AI ideas together with the organization, recommend suitable solution technologies for each idea, and propose an overall roadmap.

• Documented experience in helping larger organizations establish strategies, structures, frameworks, and governance as well as implementation and actual use of generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience working within or towards the public sector, infrastructure, safety-critical operations, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience in developing decision and prioritization models for AI and digitalization initiatives.
• Experience in anchoring AI frameworks and working methods in larger organizations.
• Ability to make independent comparisons between AI platforms and experience with Microsoft Copilot Chat Agents, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks AI functionality (Genie, Agents, etc.).
• Technical and architectural understanding of integrations, data platforms, and security aspects related to AI solutions.
• In-depth competence in cost/benefit models or ROI analyses related to AI investments.
• Experience in change management and working with self-service and increased digital maturity.
