ABOUT THE POSITION

Vipetech is a Swedish IT company that offers software solutions, automation technology, and consulting services to streamline and digitalize business-critical processes. At the office in Solna, about 20 employees work in an inclusive and collaborative environment. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and technical management of Vipetech's automation solutions. You will ensure stable operation, high quality, and continuous improvement in customers' automated and digitalized processes. The role involves close collaboration with both customers and internal teams, where you contribute to creating long-term value and trust. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gradually deepen your competence within the UiPath platform as a whole, including automation, orchestration, integrations, and management of solutions in a production environment. You will work with troubleshooting, configuration, and improvements while gaining a good understanding of how intelligent automation solutions are driven and further developed at the customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Technical management and configuration in UiPath to ensure stable automation environments
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling incidents in automated processes
• Process analysis and review and quality assurance of documentation
• Technical advice and training for customers on the use and management of automation solutions
• Further development and management of existing customer relationships in close collaboration with internal teams
• Use of APIs in automations to enable and streamline integrations with underlying business systems

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant education in IT, computer science, or engineering
• Find it easy to get into new systems and technical environments
• Has previous experience in implementation and support of B2B solutions in automation and/or digitalization
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

Your application will be prioritized if you have:

• Experience or interest in UiPath
• Experience in SQL, database management, and working with APIs
