Are you responsible, self-driven, and have experience working in IT environments? At Axfood IT, you will play a central role as a rollout technician where you take clear ownership of your tasks and help ensure a stable and well-functioning IT environment in stores at one of the largest companies in the Nordic region within grocery retail.
About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axfood IT. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities
In the role of rollout technician, you, together with your colleagues and with a great deal of personal responsibility, will be responsible for the rollout, updating, and quality assurance of Axfood's IT environment in stores. The role has a clear IT focus and requires a good understanding of how systems, hardware, and applications interact in a mission-critical environment.
You will work with technical changes and updates in the stores' IT environment and ensure that systems, servers, and associated solutions function correctly after activities are completed. The work involves daily contact with on-site technicians, internal IT functions, and store staff across the country. You are responsible for the technical dialogue and follow up on cases until they are resolved, which requires you to explain technical issues in a pedagogical and clear manner.
You will plan and drive your own work independently and are expected to take overall responsibility for the IT-related tasks you handle. Working hours are primarily office hours, with some flexibility related to the needs of the business. You will work five days a week from Axfood's office at Torsplan.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Post-secondary education is an advantage, preferably in IT or technology.
Experience working in an IT environment, for example with support, operations, rollout, or similar technical roles.
Good experience working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks.
Experience in service or support-oriented work is an advantage.
Experience working in a grocery store is an advantage.
