We are looking for a senior software developer with strong technical breadth in Python and container-based development. You will step into a leading technical role where you will be involved in designing, developing, and further developing robust, scalable systems, as well as contributing to AI-driven initiatives. You will be a key person for technical choices, quality, and working methods in the team.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions in Python
• Build, deploy, and optimize containerized applications with Docker
• Take technical ownership of architecture, code quality, and technical decisions
• Act as technical lead in projects by guiding the team, conducting code reviews, and supporting complex technical decisions
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to translate needs into sustainable technical solutions
• Participate in and drive AI-related initiatives, such as machine learning, NLP, or data-driven applications
• Ensure good practices around testing, CI/CD, security, and documentation

• Several years of experience as a software developer with clear seniority
• Very good knowledge of Python and relevant frameworks/ecosystems (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Strong experience with Docker and container-based development
• Documented experience working as a technical lead or in a leading technical role
• Experience with AI projects, such as machine learning pipelines, integration of AI services/models, data analysis, or model training
• Good understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance
• Experience working agile and closely with other roles

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production
• Experience in mentorship or technical coaching
