About the job
The Swedish Tax Agency is now entering a new phase of building and innovation where we will deliver IT services and IT operations to more government agencies. To meet this need, we are scaling up and strengthening our teams with new employees who want to contribute to the delivery of vital societal services.
You will be part of the Swedish Tax Agency's technical service unit (STT) with about 600 employees. We are responsible for development, maintenance, and operations and deliver services within infrastructure, platforms, and IT workplaces to several authorities. You belong to the Digital Collaboration Section located in Sundbyberg, where we currently have 19 colleagues.
The team you are part of is responsible for the collaboration platform with services such as SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Outlook. We have recently rolled out M365 and work in a hybrid environment that will further develop into a hybrid multitenant solution as we begin to deliver to more authorities.
In this role, you will work with the team to develop and manage the collaboration platform both on-prem and in M365, with a particular focus on Teams and Exchange. The tasks are varied and include incident management, troubleshooting, management, and development. You will stay updated on new features and recommended practices within Microsoft 365 and suggest improvements that enhance security and productivity. You will also contribute through knowledge transfer, participation in projects, and development of internal processes and routines.

About you

In this job, you should:
- be a team player and ensure both the group's and your own performance

- be curious, enjoy challenges, and have the ability to drive your own and the organization's development forward
- have a structured working method and good delivery capability
- have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish, as well as in English.
Furthermore, you should also have:
- relevant post-secondary education in IT, or several years of relevant work experience in the IT field
- several years of current and relevant work experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
- current and relevant experience with Windows Server in larger environments
- current and relevant work experience of working with and understanding Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- current and relevant experience with Exchange Online and Teams, including policies, architecture, management, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations
- understanding of Microsoft Copilot features in M365 and how these can be used to streamline work in Teams and Outlook/Exchange Online
- current and relevant work experience in automating with PowerShell
Additionally, it is also desirable that you have current and relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: the ITIL framework, SAFe or other agile methods, work in the public sector, hybrid and multitenant environments, and low-code solutions such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
Good to know
The employment is permanent, located in Sundbyberg, and may start with a six-month probationary period.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
