About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE developer with deep expertise in Power Platform and a clear focus on AI, Copilot, and agents. You will be part of an agile team working according to SAFe, focusing on accelerating the development of AI support that empowers employees in their daily work. In this role, you can also contribute by supporting and training other developers and teams in the area.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance solutions in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service and Sales) and Power Platform
Implement Copilot and AI-driven assistants, including prompt design, configuration, customization, and deployment in production environments
Configure chatbots and agents in Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents
Integrate Copilot with external systems and data sources
Contribute to the team's prioritized development and working methods according to SAFe
Support and train other developers and teams in AI, Copilot, and agents as needed

Requirements

Documented experience in customer implementations of Copilot and AI-driven assistants in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales, including prompt design, configuration/customization, and production deployment
Experience in integrating Copilot with external systems and/or data sources
Experience in development and configuration in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Experience in configuring chatbots and agents via Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
Strong knowledge of C#
Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure AI Services
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Azure Pipelines
Familiarity with agile working methods (including SAFe)
