About the position Coop is looking for a technically skilled ServiceNow Developer who wants to work with complex workflows, broad business areas, and a clear impact in a socially important organization. You will be a key person in a small but experienced team responsible for developing and future-proofing Coop's ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will work deeply technically and gradually take on greater responsibility within CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The role requires you to think technically and understand business needs, a combination that gives you ample opportunity to influence and make a difference.

The position is a direct recruitment to Coop where Wrknest is responsible for the recruitment process.

Your future tasks  You will work closely with the business to further develop the platform's technical functions and architecture, focusing on creating value in both central and store-related processes. The role involves a lot of collaboration, technical responsibility, and a daily routine where each new solution makes a concrete difference.

Examples of tasks:

• Configure, customize, and develop features in ServiceNow

• Work with configuration management and further development of CMDB

• Establish and optimize information flows through automated inventory and Service Mapping

• Gather and structure data from IT environments (e.g., payment terminals, cash registers, servers)

• Ensure quality and compliance with the CSDM model

• Act as expert support in technical issues related to the platform's functions and design

We are looking for someone who

• Has worked 2–3 years with ServiceNow in a technically oriented role

• Understands the platform's technical structure and configuration possibilities

• Has worked with models such as CMDB and CSDM

• Has experience interpreting and adjusting code

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

We consider it a merit

• Experience from store-related systems (e.g., payment terminals and cash systems)

• Knowledge of automated inventory and Service Mapping

• Understanding of system architecture and database connections
