We at Attendo are now looking for a Group Manager for Attendo Säteriet in Mölnlycke.

About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care activities. The role involves a present and supportive leadership in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.

You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Main responsibilities

• Guide and work in daily care activities together with the team.

• Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team

• Personnel responsibility; recruitment, onboarding of new employees, development discussions

• Involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant or equivalent work experience, preferably in elderly care

• Good computer skills

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

Meritorious if you also have

• Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning

• Experience in elderly care
