About the assignment

We are now looking for hourly substitutes for the nursing unit in Tidaholm municipality and want to expand our pool of substitutes in a long-term and structured way. As a substitute with us, you will be contacted for vacant shifts when the organization has a need. You accept the shifts that suit you and have the opportunity to work – completely without a fixed schedule.

As a nurse, your role includes:

• medical assessments
• medication management
• handling of medical technical products
• guidance and support to nursing staff, patients, and relatives

You play an important role in collaboration around the patient and contribute to ensuring good quality and safe care.

The nursing unit is undergoing a development process related to the transition to Close Care, where primary care is the hub. As a substitute, you will be part of this whole and contribute as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible, responsible, and structured
• Positive attitude and a professional approach

A driving license (B) is required.
