About us

Eken Falköping is a special accommodation located near the airfield. The facility focuses on individuals with psychiatric issues, often in combination with other disabilities such as personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, neuropsychiatry, or substance abuse.

Your responsibilities

As a nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You will also play a crucial role in the development of your colleagues' skills, as you will train and supervise nursing staff as needed. You will have an active role in management, working closely with the unit manager who leads and develops the operations. You will also be part of the management team and a network for nurses within Humana.

You will primarily work with:

  • Independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions

  • Managing and following up documentation and deviations

  • Assisting with the move-in of new clients and being responsible for delegating health and medical tasks

  • Leading nursing staff in health and medical work

As a deputy unit manager, you will lead the work in the facility together with the unit manager. The unit manager distributes tasks.

About the employment

  • Working hours and employment rate: Daytime, 100%

  • Employment type: Permanent, with a six-month probationary period

  • Salary: Salary is according to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

  • Start date: According to agreement

  • be a licensed nurse

  • have a B driver's license
