ABOUT THE POSITION
As a junior electronics engineer, you will work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of Axis products. You will be involved in the entire product development process, from concept to volume production, and learn both processes and technical aspects of electronic design.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues who support your development, where you are responsible for your area of expertise in cross-functional teams. The role thus involves a lot of problem-solving and networking, so we see that you are not afraid to take initiative and seek the contacts needed to advance in your work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role involves working with electronic design and development for Axis' innovative camera products. This includes design, simulation, prototype development, testing, and verification, as well as close collaboration with other technical disciplines in project form.
- Work in project form with design and development of camera electronics, especially in close collaboration with software and mechanical engineers in cross-functional teams
- Simulate and develop electronic designs from concept to volume production
- Verify and validate solutions, including testing and troubleshooting
- Develop and verify prototypes
- Perform circuit schematic drawing (e.g., with Xpedition) and PCB layout supervision
- Document work and results, especially in the final stages of projects
- Hands-on laboratory work such as soldering and measurement
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a university degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a similar field
- Is fluent in English, both spoken and written, for daily communication
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience in electronic design and development
- Interest in software and/or mechanics.
