About the Position
Discover an exciting opportunity as a technical property manager where your main responsibility is to nurture and strengthen our customer relationships. In your role as a manager with us, you will work independently, but also in teams and have the chance to influence your role and working methods.
You will have overall responsibility for managing the administration according to agreements. Your work and performance will primarily be assessed based on customer satisfaction, where your ability to develop and enhance your customer account with upselling plays a central role.
You will be a driving force in actively contributing to building and developing our business.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Management of condominium associations and rental properties
- Continuous customer contact and follow-up
- Administration of systems, invoices, and agreements
- Technical advice to customers
- Move-in and move-out inspections
- Handling insurance matters
- Driving smaller property-related projects
- Participating in board meetings
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a relevant post-secondary education in property technology/management or similar
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Strong experience with the MS Office suite and good IT skills.
- Has a B driver's license.
