Welcome to us at E.ON – where we drive real change for the climate transition. We take responsibility for a better future through stable and fossil-free energy solutions for people, cities, and industries. We are innovative and brave, while also being empathetic and reliable. If you have passion and believe in the power of working together, then E.ON is the place for you.

About us
In our team, Regional Network Operations Planning, we are ten colleagues responsible for planning outages related to maintenance and project work on the regional network. To ensure capacity in the electricity grid, the number of investment projects has increased, which means exciting and more complex operational planning. Here we work with crucial parts of Sweden's infrastructure and contribute to meeting societal development. Development and digitalization are of central importance to our operations as we drive the transition towards a sustainable society with increased electricity needs.

About the position
As an operations planner, you will be a key person regarding all planned outages related to maintenance and project work in our regional network. You always work with electrical safety as the foundation and highest priority, while also ensuring that customer needs for availability in electricity supply are met. The role also involves participating in projects and feasibility studies and collaborating closely with other departments such as system planning and operational management.

Your experience
To have the right prerequisites for the role, you have an engineering education in energy/electric power or experience in the electricity grid acquired in another way. Perhaps you have previously worked as a tester, designer, or operations manager and can contribute knowledge from there. We are looking for both those with several years of experience and those who are newly graduated in electric power. Depending on your experience, we will provide you with a thorough introduction so that you have the opportunity to develop your skills and feel secure in your role. For us, safety always comes first, and we act consciously and thoughtfully. We are convinced that engagement and sustainable performance are based on safety and respect for our differences. We hope you recognize yourself in this and contribute with openness and empathy while valuing time for self-reflection. We are also convinced that collaboration makes us more successful and that it also makes the job much more enjoyable. Therefore, we believe that you find it easy to connect with different people and have the ability to communicate professionally with your colleagues as well as contractors and customers.

What is it like with us?
We welcome you to an inclusive and unpretentious group where we respect and listen to each other. We help those in need and have fun together! Your manager, Niklas Berntsen, is a present leader who sees the importance of an inclusive and open culture. He gives you great trust to find your own approaches and solutions and, of course, supports you along the way. He and the team look forward to hearing about your experiences and welcoming you to your new role with us at E.ON! At E.ON, we actively work with inclusion - it is crucial to drive the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe working environment with meaningful tasks and good opportunities for development. We continuously challenge ourselves to create a welcoming workplace, where we hope you will thrive. We work for a more sustainable energy society, but it is equally important that our employees have the conditions to care for their personal sustainability. Therefore, we offer good benefits to ensure you feel good and have a good balance between work and leisure. Some of these include a shorter working time that is higher than the industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more!

Warmly welcome to apply and join us on the path to a sustainable society! The application deadline is: February 17, 2026.

As we work with socially important operations, the employment is security classified, which means that a security review will be conducted before employment.
