About the team & role
We at HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) are here to support managers and employees within E.ON Energidistribution in matters related to health, work environment, and the environment. Our mission is to create conditions for a strong and sustainable HSE culture where it is easy to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong thing. The work within HSE consists of three main areas. In structure and governance, we ensure that there are clear processes, working methods, and follow-ups related to HSE, in line with legislation and internal requirements. In competence and awareness, we work with training, communication, and dialogue to spread knowledge and strengthen engagement around HSE issues among both employees and suppliers. Finally, we are responsible for practical methods and tools that help the business prevent accidents, ill health, and negative environmental impact.

This summer, you will work on reviewing and further developing the HSE department's pages on our intranet, where our entire certified HSE management system is collected. The focus is on ensuring that the information is correct, updated, and user-friendly, as well as that documents and content are clearly structured and easy to find.

Examples of tasks:

  • Review and quality assure HSE's pages on the intranet
  • Check and update links and content
  • Process and clarify texts for increased user-friendliness
  • Review, structure, and format documents
  • Ensure that the information is clear, current, and easy to find

As a summer intern with us, you will gain practical experience working with environmental and work environment issues, even in collaboration with contractors. You will become part of an engaged HSE team and have the opportunity to join field visits to see how the electricity grid is built and maintained.

About you
This summer job is for you who are studying at university with a focus on environment, work environment, technology, or communication. You have an interest in both environmental and work environment issues and how information is best structured and communicated to different target groups. You are meticulous, structured, and responsible, enjoy working independently, and have an eye for detail. You express yourself very well in writing in Swedish and enjoy working with texts and documentation. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of or interest in ISO 14000 and ISO 45000.
