We are now looking for a production engineer with a focus on improvement work!

This is what you will work with

Our production environment is largely self-developed and automated, with precision mechanical machines in a clean and well-organized environment. As a production engineer, you are an important part of our continuous improvement work and work cross-functionally to develop our processes and ways of working.

In this role, you are responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing the current situation, and driving changes all the way to implementation and follow-up. You move effortlessly between overarching perspectives and everyday details, and serve as a support to the organization in matters related to efficiency, quality, work environment, and sustainable production.

You challenge existing ways of working and drive the development of our Production System forward. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in production, technology development, and other parts of Operations, while you have great room for personal responsibility and influence. You are part of a team with production managers and other production engineers and report to the Plant Manager.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to production and improvement work, and who thrives in a role with many points of contact and significant personal responsibility.

Requirements for the position:

• Relevant technical education, such as a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Strong interest in production and production technology

• Experience with Lean, World Class Manufacturing, or similar methodologies

• Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills and experience with cross-functional collaboration

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
