Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company's management system for quality and environment, as well as ensuring that the company operates in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001. You will be a central part of the organization's quality and environmental work and work closely with process owners, management, and external parties. The role includes, among other things:

· Responsible for maintaining and developing the management system and informing and implementing any
changes to affected parties

· Environmental and sustainability work including reporting to customers

· Risk management and risk assessment of operations, new production equipment, etc.

· Lead/coordinating validation of processes, products, and software

· Drive deviation management and customer complaints including creating new routines

· Actively contribute to the company's improvement work

· Legal monitoring and regulatory reporting

· Dialogue and respond to questions from customers or potential customers regarding quality, environment, and sustainability

· Participate in the management team's work

The position is based in Malmö, but since there is also a factory in Borås, presence there is required a few days a month.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with relevant education in quality/engineering and documented experience of systematic quality and improvement work within a manufacturing industry. Experience in electronics or contract manufacturing is an advantage. You have several years of experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and 14001 and preferably also ISO 13485.

As a person, you are communicative and driven with a pragmatic and opportunity-oriented approach. You are also meticulous with a structured way of working and prepared to carefully document your work. You possess a good ability to analyze, see connections, and drive improvement work. You are a humble team player who finds it easy to involve, inspire, and collaborate and communicate with others.
