Make a difference this summer – grow with us!
About the team & role Our team within business development is responsible for developing, coordinating, and following up on the organization's processes with the aim of simplifying, improving, and digitizing our ways of working. Through both ongoing improvement work and strategic development initiatives, we ensure high quality, efficiency, and good working methods in close collaboration with the business.
During the summer, you will support the team in various tasks related to business development and process improvement, with the opportunity to work both analytically and practically.
Examples of tasks:
- Support in mapping and analyzing existing ways of working and processes
- Compile data, documentation, and reports to support decision-making
- Participate in planning and execution of smaller improvement projects
- Develop and update governing documents, routines, and informational materials
- Conduct environmental monitoring and contribute ideas that strengthen the development of the business
You will gain practical experience in business development within a complex and community-oriented organization and learn to translate analysis into concrete improvement proposals. The role also provides insight into collaboration between multiple functions and how structured development work is conducted in practice.
About you We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and enjoys working in a structured manner. To succeed in the role, you need to collaborate well with different functions while also taking personal responsibility for your tasks. You easily translate information into clear documentation and are not afraid to ask questions, test ideas, and contribute new perspectives. We believe you are studying at a university or college, preferably in digital business development or a similar field. You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms.
What you get with us At E.ON, you get more than just a summer job – you get a chance to contribute, learn, and have fun along the way. Here awaits a meaningful assignment where you contribute to a sustainable energy system.
