About the team & role
You will belong to the Asset Management department, in our team within regional network documentation we are nine employees located in Örebro, Norrköping, and Malmö. Together, we are responsible for all documentation of regional networks across Sweden – a task that is crucial for both safe operation and long-term development of the electricity networks. We document our facilities in a Network Information System and in E.ON's drawing archive and support the business in everything from larger RNA projects to ongoing maintenance work.
As a summer employee, you will contribute to creating order, relevance, and overview in our systems. The role suits you if you enjoy working concentrated, taking responsibility for details, and feeling pride in delivering work that others can rely on.
Your main tasks this summer:
- Review existing documentation in the drawing archive to ensure quality and relevance.
- Compare and synchronize documentation data between our systems.
- Move and structure documentation to the Network Information System dpPower, focusing on distribution stations and lines.
This is what you will gain: You will gain valuable experience in technical documentation in a larger organization and an increased understanding of which drafting details are important in the industry. You will also learn how to update and revise drawings of this kind in practice.
About you

- You have at least a high school education, preferably with a technical focus.
- You are meticulous, patient, and enjoy working with details.
- You take responsibility for your tasks and enjoy completing what you have started.
- You are comfortable working in different IT systems and curious about how technical documentation is structured.
- You communicate clearly and dare to ask when something is unclear.

Practical
- Employment type: Fixed-term employment (summer job)
Scope: Full-time for 6 weeks, preferably between weeks 25–28 and 31–33
- Location: Malmö or Örebro
