Job Description

As an Automation Technician in Nordomatic's service department, you primarily work with troubleshooting in customers' facilities, often in the form of spot service on-site in the buildings. You work closely with the customer in service agreements where you have the opportunity to improve and energy-optimize the customer's facilities. In addition, you also work with commissioning, where you collaborate on-site with designers, project managers, and electricians. During commissioning, the Automation Technician plays an important role in delivering on time and with the highest quality. In this role, you have daily customer contact and will be the face of the company.

The role also offers the opportunity to develop in programming, where you work on configuring and optimizing control systems in property facilities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we see that you

• Have a technical high school education and
• Several years of work experience in similar roles, preferably within a technical industry such as property automation, control technology, HVAC, ventilation, or refrigeration.
• Have good knowledge of electricity and electrical safety and possess system knowledge.
• Are technically inclined, have a developed ability to see the big picture, and can troubleshoot and solve problems that arise.
